Le Formulaire is skin health atelier where we offer a bespoke approach to treating all layers of the face. Our intention is to address skin concerns in a holistic way. Only the most efficacious, minimally invasive procedures make it to our treatment menu and are blended in a way that is customised to your individual needs.
Our choice of skin health interventions have scientific precedence and all of our treatments are evidence-based. Despite only choosing clinically-proven methods, we don’t compromise on the essential relaxation and luxurious aspects of the experience.
In a world of environmental, physical and psychological stressors, our focus is to restore balance and vitality to the complexion. We hope to be of service by guiding our community through the elaborate, and often confusing, world of cosmetic interventions by recommending only the most powerful and effective formulae. We aspire to create a collective empowered by knowledge and an understanding of their own skin and how to enhance their health from within. A note from our Owner and Medical Director.
Dr. Emma Fanning
Years working as a medical doctor, experiencing the spectrum and burden of disease in modern society, influenced me to pursue preventative solutions for my patients. My own journey with acne-prone skin spurred me on to gain a greater understanding of the skin’s dynamic role in ageing and inflammation. I see the skin as a beacon of health and a vital sign of overall well-being. I want my community to be motivated to live long, and live well, and believe that by prioritising yourself, you begin to align your inner health with your outer complexion.
Le Formulaire’s treatments are acts of self-care that allow you to radiate with confidence and project to the world the beautiful person you truly are.

Caroline Boland
Aesthetic Nurse
Caroline, our superb Aesthetic Nurse, is a dual qualified critical care nurse and beauty therapist who has extensive experience in photo-rejuvenation techniques and skin rejuvenation treatments. Caroline's love of skin health led to her to complete Diplomas in aesthetics at the Institute of Beauty, prior to pursuing a degree in general nursing from UCD and The Mater Hospital.
After completing her Advanced ICU training, Caroline's passion for skin brought her back to aesthetic medicine in 2018. It was during this time, Caroline refined her expertise in collagen induction treatments to deliver the ultimate skin refresh journey for her patients. After her second baby she felt called to return to aesthetics to help other women build their confidence and restore their skin health.
Caroline's nurturing nature ensures our patients are looked after carefully and her humour adds the sparkle to our team. Highly qualified in both critical care nursing and beauty therapy, with extensive experience with laser technology, Caroline's caring hands ensure Le Formulaire's patients are safe and comfortable while receiving beautiful aesthetic results. -
Abbie O'Neill
Clinic Manager
Abbie, our incredible Clinic Manager, became interested in the science of skincare during the many lockdowns of Covid-19. She is a Trinity Foundation Scholar and a qualified Irish Sign Language Interpreter, with a masters in Laws (LLM), specialising in Refugee and Disability Law. With this wide breadth of expertise, she felt drawn to the opportunity to delve deeper into the world of aesthetics and beauty when Le Formulaire first opened its doors.
Abbie brings her refreshing, positive mindset to our team and no challenge is ever too great for her to handle. Her love of research and her passion for skin have aided in the writing of our educational resource, L’Academie, which so many of you enjoy reading. Abbie's humanitarian background ensures the care we provide for our community is prioritised and her dedication to excellence is felt in every aspect of our clinic. -
Romina Domingue
Patient Liaison Manager
Romina, our wonderful Patient Liaison Manager, is passionate about beauty and overall well-being. Amidst the challenges of teenage acne, she found comfort and self-belief through her own meticulous skincare and beauty rituals and consequently has always been interested in beauty and aesthetics. Transitioning from a background in law to pursue a business degree, she became part of our team to delve further into the aesthetics industry and support her business experience. Romina is currently excelling at her studies whilst working with us and supporting the running of the business.
She has been an integral part of the team since Le Formulaire's inception, ensuring each patient's journey is tailored perfectly to their needs and runs seamlessly. Romina is our Argentinian secret weapon, infusing warmth and welcome into each patient visit and ensuring our follow-up and aftercare is second to none.
