Accordingly, there should be a formula to suit your skin's needs and your skin's condition at your fingertips throughout each and every season. For this reason we have curated a range of the best-in-class sunscreens out there to ensure your skin's glow is protected while your complexion is preserved.
Below we have listed our range to guide you towards the formulae that are right for you. At the core of all of our favourite sunscreens are three fundamental principles:

Here you will find intelligent protection against the entire solar spectrum known to cause photo-damage, namely UVA, UVB, HEV and IR. The Mesoprotech technology by Mesoestetic for instance also incorporate Photon technology which is activated by UV exposure to neutralise free radicals. The SkinCeuticals philosophy always incorporates an antioxidant in the form of a Vitamin C serum before the application of sunscreen in order to increase the protection against free radicals. Alumier have added niacinimide to increase the antioxidant potential of their Clear Shield formula.

Mesoestetic Mesoprotech Mineral Fluid
This facial sunscreen with SPF50+ photo-protection and high dermal tolerance for sensitive and sensitised skin, as well as post-treatment skin, has a fluid texture with a light tinted colour. We recommend this for sensitive, fair skin types and those prone to pigmentation. This has a more matte finish than Mineral Radiance from SkinCeuticals.
Mesoestetic Mesoprotech Melan 130 Pigment Control
Very high factor SPF50+ sun protection with a bronze tint indicated for skin with pigmentation imperfections. The added pigment support of azeloglycine is ideal for melasma sufferers or anyone who wants to skip the bronzer and achieve a glowy bronzed complexion instantly. The light texture makes it suitable for all skin types.
Alumier Clear Shield
SPF42+ is a firm favourite of ours due to its lightweight, oil free, quick-drying physical sunscreen properties. It provides powerful broad-spectrum protection against harmful UVA and UVB rays using a combination of zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. This one is ideal for acne prone, rosacea or sensitive types who appreciate a dewy glow. Niacinamide soothes and sodium hyaluronate hydrates adding a barrier supportive element to this clever sunscreen.
SkinCeuticals Advanced Brightening
The high SPF 50+ is coupled with 1% Tranexamic Acid and 2% Niacinamide to hep tackle pigmentation and photo-damage already present in the skin. This dual action helps to enhance the complexion and protect its radiance.
We find that this formula is ideal for our pigment prone patients who prefer a non-tinted invisible sunscreen that blends beautifully into the complexion. It is also a beautiful subtle glow for anyone with normal skin who loves a primer like finish.
SkinCeuticals Mineral Radiance
Mineral Radiance has somewhat of a cult following in the skincare world, and for good reason! Using only mineral filters, this sunscreen is best suited to sensitive, dry, normal, and combination skin. The sunscreen has a slight tint that will enhance your own complexion, while evening skin tone, and boosting radiance. This sunscreen is weightless, broad spectrum, and made with 100% mineral filters. Perfect for our fair to medium toned skin types who want a slight tint and a glowing complexion. Compared to Mesoprotech Mineral Fluid this has a dewier finish.
Skinceuticals Ultra Facial SPF
A moisturising, daily-use sunscreen, helps to prevent sun-induced discolouration and ageing. This is another opportunity in your routine to add a further layer of hydration for the dry skin types. It provides a layer of nourishing comfort while protecting your skin with SPF50.
We recommend this gorgeous formula for our dry skin types, or ageing skin types who need to lock in extra hydration.
